Project construction with a focus on labor productivity, performance of work per drawings, and engineering specifications, schedule, and workmanship. Verify direct labor and material quantities installed, safety issues, and clarification between construction trades and engineering. Contractor field coordination, scheduling coordination, permit tracking, providing trades with vendor-supplied material, and red line as-built drawing completion. Coordinate with the needs of system or tool owners. Expedite critical RFIs/SCRs and submittals. Requirements
3+ years of construction experience Knowledge of Facilities processes, systems, and technical challenges. High School Diploma Preferred
2 years if working in a semiconductor environment. Previous industrial construction experience. Physical Effort/Activities
May be required to walk up to 5 miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces. Work at heights, on ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. May need to wear appropriate personal protective equipment and work in constrictive attire. Strong manual dexterity is required for occasional work at elevated heights. The physical demands described above are representative of the essential functions of this job. Other Compensation
