Provide comprehensive care to labor and delivery patients. Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets. Monitor and assess fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs. Participate in continuous professional development and training. Contribute to a growth-oriented and results-driven environment. Demonstrate accountability for personal and team success. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Utilize pipelines to track patient progress and outcomes. Adapt to evolving healthcare practices and technologies. Educate patients and families about labor and delivery processes. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of Georgia. Minimum of two years experience in labor and delivery nursing. Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team performance targets. Proven track record of accountability in a results-driven environment. Proficiency in fetal monitoring and maternal vital signs assessment. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Experience in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.
