Position Overview New Moon Rejuvenating Med Spa & Concierge is seeking a dedicated and detail- oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a premier concierge medical spa environment, assisting with comprehensive aesthetic and wellness treatments that enhance client confidence and wellbeing. This position begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with and perform aesthetic procedures including neuromodulators (Botox, Daxxify), dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and other advanced skincare treatments under appropriate supervision as required by New Mexico State regulations

Assist with or administer IV therapy treatments including hydration therapy, immune support, energy enhancement, and wellness formulations under appropriate supervision

Support medical weight loss programs including patient education, monitoring, and assistance with semaglutide therapy administration

Conduct client consultations to assess aesthetic and wellness goals, medical history, and assist in developing individualized treatment plans

Provide client education on treatment options, expected outcomes, pre- and post-procedure care, and skincare product recommendations

Maintain detailed and accurate client records, treatment documentation, consent forms, medication records, and before/after photography

Ensure all procedures are performed in strict compliance with New Mexico State nursing regulations, scope of practice guidelines, safety protocols, and medical spa best practices

Monitor clients during and after procedures for any adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions within scope of practice

Assist with proper handling, storage, and documentation of medications, injectables, and IV supplies in accordance with state and federal regulations

Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and organization of treatment rooms, IV therapy areas, equipment, and supplies according to infection control standards

Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for procedures, ensuring all necessary supplies are available

Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits, referrals, and positive reviews

Deliver concierge-level care and maintain the luxurious, personalized service experience that defines New Moon

Stay current with the latest aesthetic and wellness trends, techniques, products, and technologies through continuing education and professional development

Collaborate with medical director, supervising physician, RN staff, and team members to ensure optimal patient care, safety, and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Mexico

Minimum 1-2 years of practical nursing experience; aesthetic nursing, IV therapy, or wellness experience strongly preferred

IV therapy experience or proficiency in IV catheter insertion preferred, or strong willingness to train

Experience with or strong willingness to learn aesthetic procedures including injectables, chemical peels, and microneedling

Current CPR/BLS certification

Knowledge of basic facial anatomy, skincare principles, IV therapy, and aesthetic procedures

Strong clinical skills and ability to follow detailed protocols and procedures

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered, concierge-level service approach

Commitment to maintaining professional standards, ethical practices, and patient safety

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively within scope of practice and under appropriate supervision

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in aesthetic nursing, IV therapy, or phlebotomy

Experience with weight loss programs and GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide)

Experience with laser systems, IPL, microneedling devices, and other aesthetic technologies

Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines, wellness supplements, and product recommendations

Background in wellness, holistic health, or spa services

Social media skills and ability to promote services through digital platforms

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Established client base in the aesthetic or wellness industry

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate of $35.00 per hour
