Compensation & Benefits Pay: $28.00–$32.00/hour (new competitive rates with differentials). Sign‑on bonuses: $7,500 for full‑time evening/overnight/up shifts, $5,000 for other full‑time shifts, $2,500 for part‑time. Additional benefits include:

Shift Details Full‑time and part‑time LPNs required for evening (3 p‑11 p), overnight (11 p‑7 a), and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents.
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
Medication administration.
Follow infection control, emergencies, and facility policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide best outcomes.
Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition per policy.
Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care.
Collect patient/resident data, make observations, and report pertinent information.
Implement and evaluate patient/resident plan of care per state regulations.
Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.
Maintain documentation requirements, equipment set‑up, and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
LPN licensed by state.
CPR certification required.
Two years prior nursing experience preferred.
