Assists physicians and other health care professionals with a variety of patient ancillary support activities to facilitate nursing care and to improve the delivery of quality patient services under the direct supervision of a licensed practitioner (M.D. or D.O).

The grant‑funded positions are often temporary or project‑based, as they depend on the duration of the grant funding. Once the grant period ends or the allocated funds are exhausted, the position may be terminated unless additional funding is secured.
Essential: Education equivalent experience:
2 years on the job validated training.
