A licensed dental hygienist with a passion for gentle, thorough care A great communicator who builds trust with patients A team player who brings positivity and professionalism to the office Someone who enjoys being part of a tight-knit, respectful team 2 or more years of experience required Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care & Patient Education: Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting Take digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed Administer fluoride treatments and sealants as appropriate Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention Screen for signs of oral cancer and other dental conditions Collaboration & Communication: Communicate effectively with the doctor and dental team about patient care and treatment plans Support front office with patient scheduling and flow when needed Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture Ensure patients feel welcomed, safe, and respected during every visit Compliance & Documentation: Accurately record patient findings, notes, and services rendered in digital charts Adhere to infection control and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe clinical environment Maintain hygiene instruments and ensure operatories are properly cleaned and stocked Qualifications:
Current state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Minimum 2 years of experience CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 34 – 36 per week Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Paid time off Schedule: No weekends Work Location: In person We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
