Diesel Technician Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair Ford diesel engines and powertrains.
Perform routine and complex maintenance including engine, drivetrain, and fuel system repairs.
Use OEM diagnostic equipment and software to identify issues accurately.
Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
Ensure all work meets dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards.
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Schedule Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Benefits and Compensation
Competitive hourly pay of $40.00 to $58.00 (plus potential overtime).

Qualifications
2+ years of hands‑on experience as a Diesel Technician (Ford diesel experience a plus).
Ford or ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to earn them with dealership support.
Strong knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools, OEM software, and technical repair procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
High attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Hiring Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
