Fall 2026 Co-op – Process Engineer at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Spartanburg, SC. You will be part of the beverage revolution, working with a dynamic team of problem solvers and site leadership to drive sustainable solutions with long-lasting plant impact. This role offers opportunities to develop problem solving, logical thinking and collaborative teamwork, and to experience advanced technologies in the production of K-Cups. You will work closely with the site engineering team as well as corporate engineering and continuous improvement teams at Keurig Dr Pepper. Shift/Schedule
The KDP Fall Co-op Program will run from July 13th – December 11th, 2026 Location: Spartanburg, SC (Plant) Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm In-Person Responsibilities
Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including DMS (Daily Management Systems) for day-to-day operations, QMS (Quality Management Systems), new equipment and software startups, and innovative product qualifications. Participate in AGILE project management and lead the verification and testing of Manufacturing software and applications. Influence software capabilities to achieve Six Sigma quality performance and enhance the Quality Management System. Assist with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events and developing, implementing and improving autonomous and preventive maintenance workstreams. Assist in root cause analysis and execute on corrective actions Elements of the KDP Co-op Program
Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders Total Rewards
$31.00/ hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment Requirements
Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering or another Manufacturing-related field Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI; Programming PLCs or knowledge of process is a plus Please note: This position is limited to persons with permanent right to work in the United States.
