Responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company\'s services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. Travel to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties, using company van and tools. Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and service commercial HVAC systems. Understand control operation and sequence of operation for commercial HVAC systems. Utilize multiple trade skills as needed to solve maintenance problems. Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors and team members. There will be an on-call rotation for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform thorough Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services on standard package and split unit HVAC systems common to light commercial customers; inspect/repair belts and pulleys, inspect/clean condensate drain lines, test power/performance of components, test safety and operational controls. General repairs of steam/hot water boiler systems; diagnose airflow and ducting issues. Safely and EPA-compliantly manage refrigerants for standard HVAC systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or system failures on boiler and HVAC systems (belts, pulleys, compressors, boards, leaks, brazing of copper, etc.). Complete preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders, and perform duties in compliance with procedures, regulations, and safety standards. Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry as needed to maintain facilities (e.g., unclog toilets/drains, repair leaks, patch drywall, match paint). Perform minor electrical maintenance as allowed by state law (e.g., fixtures, switches, outlets; replace lamps and ballasts). Complete service and asset inspections; utilize technology (tablet/smartphone) to access/work orders and submit reports with notes, images, and quality inspections. Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs; provide estimates for larger projects as needed. Foster a positive client climate and maintain timely communications with customers and internal support teams. Attend required safety and compliance training and weekly safety meetings. Other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications

High school diploma. Certified 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license. EPA Universal Refrigeration License. Valid driver\'s license. HVAC experience on industrial/commercial equipment as required by the role. 5 years HVAC/general maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; or equivalent combination of training and experience relevant to building trades. Must possess valid driver\'s license and EPA Universal Refrigeration License. Demonstrated ability to perform duties safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
