Brief Job Description The Manufacturing Technician II reports to a Manager/Supervisor in the Inspection Process Execution Team (PET) operations. This position will require working in various Controlled/Non‑Classified areas. The Technician performs a variety of manufacturing tasks and supports improvement activities in accordance with cGMPs.

Primary Responsibilities

Operate assigned machinery, servicing automated inspection equipment, monitoring equipment status, reintroducing materials, manually palletizing inspected materials, and ensuring a smooth product flow.

Perform manual visual, cosmetic, and physical inspections of material; promptly escalating concerns to Lead and Manager/Supervisor as needed and maintaining visual inspection qualification.

Start up equipment, make minor adjustments, remove jams, troubleshoot, and perform minor assembly/disassembly for cleaning purposes.

Use material handling equipment such as motorized and manual pallet jacks and non‑motorized lifts.

Clean, housekeeping, and line clearance activities to maintain a cGMP environment.

Enter batch records and GMP documentation, maintain records and/or logs, and perform mathematical calculations as required.

Apply knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.

Ensure outgoing quality level.

Follow safety procedures and hazards including PPE, ergonomics, LOTO, human safety, material handling, waste handling, chemical handling, and spill controls; report discrepancies to the process facilitator.

Adhere to SOPs, cGMPs, and OSHA safety guidelines; familiarize with Material Safety Data Sheets for area chemicals.

Print SOPs/Forms via ECMS.

Other Responsibilities

Support lean activities and process improvement work such as performing 5S, participating in problem‑solving, and manually tracking OEE and process improvement data.

Review operational SOPs, forms, and batch records for accuracy; suggest process improvements while maintaining quality and cG
