Building Inspector II
to join our Public Works Service Line across Madison, Beaver Dam, Rhinelander, and Marshfield offices. The position may be full‑time or part‑time depending on your availability and scheduling preferences.

Responsibilities
Commercial and residential building assistance/inspections
Housing program assistance
Willingness to travel locally to support client needs
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of residential and commercial building inspection experience or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Wisconsin Up‑to‑Date Certification (UDC) required
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team
Must possess authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship not available for this position
The pay rate for this position ranges from $26 to $43 per hour commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
