Residential HVAC Service Tech - Join Our Annapolis Growing Team! Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical is growing, and we’re looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our talented team. As a Service Tech, you’ll run your own truck, mentor apprentices, and help us deliver 100% customer satisfaction every day. Base pay range Base pay range $18.00/hr - $35.00/hr Compensation

Base pay range $18.00/hr - $35.00/hr What You’ll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and upgrade options Generate accurate quotes, process payments, and document all work performed Maintain proper truck inventory and communicate with dispatch and parts department Mentor HVAC apprentices and support their growth Participate in on-call rotation as needed Keep a clean, professional appearance and deliver a 5-star customer experience Complete all work to meet or exceed local, state, and national codes What We’re Looking For

Experience 3+ years in HVAC maintenance, diagnosis, and repair (must have run your own truck) EPA Universal certification required (we can help you get it if needed) Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, thorough, and committed to doing the job right the first time Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen Bonus: Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
