Our Plant Process Engineering Co-ops provide technical support to improve and optimize manufacturing operations and processes at one of several Amcor manufacturing sites. A successful co-op will complete multiple projects during their term, solving real issues in the manufacturing environment. Past students have worked to install new capital equipment, identify the root cause for defects, and create substantial cost savings through waste initiatives. Openings are on-site at one of our facilities in New London, Neenah, or Oshkosh, WI. Timeline for Co-op

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, to work with manufacturing operations personnel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong time management skills to handle multiple ongoing projects in addition to day-to-day process problems. Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and the ability to quickly learn software needed to perform job-specific duties. What We Want From You
