We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Park at Springdale.
Description:
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who is HVAC / EPA Certified. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily property maintenance, including HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is essential. Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct maintenance staff. Delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of work orders. Review and order parts or schedule services for resident repairs. Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, and work on doors, cabinets, and closets. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience and 7 years of maintenance experience. HVAC / EPA licensed, with the ability to work overtime. Own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Ability to move heavy equipment safely with proper tools. Availability for emergency on-call schedule. CPO certification is preferred. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Background screening and drug testing required. Benefits:
