Responsibilities

Oversee the preservation and performance of the Authority’s infrastructure assets—including high‑speed rail guideways, track, bridges, buildings, and structures.

Direct the maintenance and operation of rail facilities.

Develop and execute an Asset and Maintenance Strategic Plan.

Ensure compliance with the highest safety and performance standards.

Ideal Candidate

Experience as a transportation infrastructure leader with a track record of creating and executing strategic maintenance plans.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams that include agency staff and contractors.

Strong diplomatic skills to navigate complex policy and operational challenges.

Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Extensive knowledge of safety and performance standards in infrastructure maintenance.
