Overview
We help Texas homeowners take control of their energy use—upgrading comfort, cutting monthly costs, and adding lasting value with smart, efficient solutions. Dynamic Journeyman Electricians work on residential homes regarding the installation, wiring, and maintenance of residential solar systems. This role supports solar installation crews in the field, helping maintain efficient workflows and safe job sites while gaining hands-on experience in renewable energy systems.
Responsibilities
Drive to client sites in company vehicle, ensuring prompt and professional arrival at client locations.
Ensure project completion and customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Promote safety, quality, and productivity on every job site.
Expert conduit bending with precision.
Install residential solar PV systems, including electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices per contract specifications and design requirements.
Adhere to electrical codes, meeting or exceeding current NEC and local requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PV systems efficiently.
Coordinate with inspectors and communicate project details to ensure jurisdiction compliance.
Collaborate with the territory Project Manager and Coordinator to coordinate project logistics.
Maintain safety standards and participate in safety training programs.
Direct reporting to the Project Manager with updates on project status and escalations as needed.
Qualifications
Valid Journeyman Electrician License
Valid driver's license
Any industrial construction experience
Compensation
Average full-time: $36 - $40 hourly, depending on skills and experience
