25658 The Lincoln Electric Engineering Co-op and Internship Programs provide meaningful experiences that will enhance your education. Co-ops and Interns will be based at one of our U.S. locations, primarily in Cleveland, Ohio. Positions vary based on engineering discipline and academic level. Learning while earning:

The programs offer practical experience with real-world projects impacting business outcomes. You will be exposed to disciplines such as research & development, manufacturing engineering, environmental health & safety, consumable engineering, applications engineering, additive manufacturing, and power electronics. Path to Opportunity:

Graduating seniors may be eligible to interview for a full-time position in our Development Program. A Lincoln Electric Co-op or Internship is more than just work—it's a career-building opportunity. Networking:

Each participant is assigned a peer mentor, and various networking events are organized, including national intern days, social outings, and interactions with company leaders. Community Engagement:

Employees participate in community service projects and company-sponsored sports events, fostering community involvement and teamwork. Professional Development:

All participants attend a week-long welding course and weekly workshops to develop skills and understand different departments. At the end of the program, interns present their projects to peers and leadership. Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing an engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Chemical, Industrial, Material Science, Welding, or Packaging. Other disciplines may be considered.
