What You’ll Do

Perform CNC machine setups on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills (Haas, Doosan, Matsuura)

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Perform basic program edits and adjustments for optimal feeds and speeds

Conduct inspection and quality checks on finished parts

Maintain and perform basic equipment maintenance

Work closely with programmers and production teams to improve processes

Utilize Haas and Fanuc probing systems (tool/work offsets)

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of CNC setup or operation experience

Understanding of G-code, speeds & feeds, and tooling fundamentals

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Strong communication and teamwork skills

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and train others

Materials You’ll Work With

Aluminum 6061-T6

Titanium Grade 5

Stainless Steel (17-4, 303, 304, 316, 455)

Plastics (Delrin, ABS, PTFE, PEEK, PC)
