Key Responsibilities
Operate equipment along the production line to maintain workflow.
Pull and prepare parts for jobs.
Fill in for absent team members when required.
Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
Strong attendance record.
Previous production experience is a plus.
Education Requirements High school diploma or GED.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Full body mobility and good eyesight.
Strong hand‑eye coordination.
Constant alertness and attention to detail.
Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
