Position:
Overhead Crane Service Technician III Location:
Houston, TX The Service Technician III will travel to customer production facilities to inspect, troubleshoot, repair and modify electric overhead bridge cranes and related material handling equipment. Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and modify electric overhead bridge cranes and related material handling equipment at customer facilities. Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years of crane service technician or industrial electrician experience. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (480V AC and 12/24-volt DC). Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in customer service, ability to understand customer needs and address them correctly. Ability to work extended hours, and on holidays, as required. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand/walk 95% of the work day. Lift/Carry up to 40-50 pounds unassisted. Squat, twist, reach, climb, and bend frequently. Ability to push/pull material with equipment assistance. Hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity (gross and fine). Depth perception and peripheral vision. Ability to hear. Working Conditions
Subject to working frequently at considerable heights. Exposure to hot and cold conditions. Benefits Available
