Responsibilities
Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and Safety Audits.
Installing and maintaining equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.
Programming and installation of head‑end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems.
Troubleshooting and isolating systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.
Lead the on‑site software commissioning and testing.
Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory; perform take‑off project drawings.
Document and track RFIs.
Design assist and feedback.
Documenting daily reports and project progress.
Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management.
Create and manage project schedule, integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems.
Forecast and manage project labor hours; communicate effectively with supervisors and subordinates.
Guide and mentor technicians.
Qualifications Clearance / Citizen Type:
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ POLY is required.
Requires a valid driver’s license; this position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with our policy.
Education
HS diploma or GED; Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or
Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or
Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program
An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities
Required Progressive Experience
8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs
3 years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systems
Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills is a plus.
Must be able to travel 50%.
Desired / Advantageous Qualifications
Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems, Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems).
Experience in installation of said systems.
Other relevant certifications and experience.

Abilities The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Candidates must demonstrate physical strength and stamina to perform various tasks, including but not limited to, loading, unloading, operating equipment, and assisting in the transportation of various materials. Proper lifting techniques and safety protocols must be followed to ensure personal and team safety. The job also requires the ability to relocate a 12 ft stepladder without assistance, work at various heights up to 60 ft, climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders, walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach overhead on a routine and repetitive basis, possess good vision (may be corrected), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.
