What You’ll Do
Complete hands‑on training in a manufacturing environment.
Develop product expertise: acquire a deep understanding of our products, features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Provide technical support: assist customers with product selection, specifications, and troubleshooting.
Respond to inbound sales inquiries concerning product details, pricing, order status, and delivery confirmation.
Proactively engage customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate new sales opportunities.
Process orders and quotes for both stock items and custom‑manufactured components.
Collaborate with Outside Sales representatives to drive customer growth within their sales territories.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify potential growth and improvement opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Strong mechanical aptitude or technical inclination; ability to understand and work with complex technical or mechanical specifications.
1‑3 years of sales or customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Strong computer proficiency for daily task management.
Experience with Microsoft AX is a plus.
Adaptability to new processes, technologies, and work environments.
Excellent verbal, written, and customer communication skills.
Organizational ability to manage multiple orders and quotes simultaneously.
Data‑driven mindset for analyzing trends and identifying business growth opportunities.
Team‑player attitude with effective cross‑functional collaboration.
Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Reliability, diligence, and attention to detail.
Physical capability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
