Performing a variety of reliability and maintenance tasks on heavy machinery in a manufacturing environment Performing preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with the facility’s preventative maintenance schedule Adhering to all plant safety guidelines, policies, and procedures Working with operations associates to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize maintenance needs Working in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment Performing tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day Willing to work any shifts (including nights), holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed Understanding and know how to communicate with the crane operators using hand signals Salary & Location

Starting pay is $28-$40+ depending on experience/skillset Location: 331 Thomson Hwy, Warrenton, GA 30828 Shift & Work Schedule

Flexible to work any shift; this includes overtime, holidays, and weekends Multiple shifts offered; initial 10-hour straight day shift for the first 2-3 months Depending on skillset and preference, the regular shift will be determined 12-hour rotating shift (call catchers only) Orientation week: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; regular shift assigned after orientation Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience in wood products OR three (3) or more years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, production, or military environments Experience with blueprint reading and precision measurements Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics & pneumatic systems; ability to read hydraulic schematics Experience with welding and operating a pipe machine Preferred

An associate degree or higher in Industrial Technology Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Experience with rigging equipment and identifying load weights for appropriate rigging About the Employer
