The Work
You’ll respond to inspection inquiries, identify potential issues, and report them to your supervisor.
You’ll collaborate with project teams and coordinate in the field with clients, contractors, consultants, and agencies.
You’ll assist in preconstruction activities, including reviewing drawings for constructability and preparing cost estimates.
You’ll monitor contractor resources, document field changes, and help negotiate adjustments.
You’ll delegate tasks, train inspectors, and support the development of Accenture’s inspection standards.
You’ll build strong client relationships and keep senior management informed of major project impacts.
You’ll participate in construction, safety, and coordination meetings while reviewing contractor schedules.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
$94,000 - $121,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.

Here’s What You’ll Need
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8+ years of experience working in the construction industry
Minimum 6 years’ experience with the ability to read and interpret contract documents, including plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
The ability to stand, sit and walk throughout the day; bend, crawl, climb (ladders, stairs, hills, etc.) and reach overhead; ability to lift 40 pounds or more and to comply with personal protective equipment requirements and to endure extreme physical temperatures as well as experience loud noises and fumes on project sites.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience leading teams and collaborating effectively in a project environment.
Strong client relationship management and supervisory skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven skill in problem-solving with innovative solutions and strong math aptitude.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
