Job Description Performs a variety of electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy. Installing or repairing equipment such as generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment. Works from blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications; locating and diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment. Position involves routine ladder use and some elevated work tasks. Other duties as assigned.
Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Required
Maintenance electrician requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
Requirements
Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
Employees may be required to participate in the select agent program which would include additional background investigations, training, and performing work in a bio containment facility, as well as meeting ongoing program requirements to maintain eligibility and compliance.
