Construction Superintendent (Ability to travel)

The On Site Superintendent is responsible for administrative and technical management of all on‑site activities. He will organize, coordinate and supervise the work of Foremen, Subcontractor Foremen, and/or trade craft employees, ensuring that work is delivered on time and with quality, completing the job within the allotted time frame.
The superintendent's responsibilities include all the following:
Comprehensive study of the drawings, specifications, subcontracts, submittals, shop drawings, building rules and regulations, and site conditions.
Complete understanding of all required permit and inspection procedures and timeframes.
Oversee all architectural and engineering layouts, promptly identifying potential conflicts above and below ceilings as well as inside and outside the project.
Scheduling: hold regular meetings with Foremen, produce Three‑Week look‑ahead schedules, coordinate material deliveries and inspections.
Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and ADI Team members.
Maintain jobsite cleanliness, quality control, daily reports, and as‑built drawings.
Provide problem‑solving means and methods.
