As a Field Service Engineer II (Electrical) at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support to customers in the Industrial Automation business unit. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, conducting equipment installations and repairs, traveling to customer sites across the U.S. (up to 90% of your time), and maintaining accurate records of service activities.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers on the electrical side.
Travel to customer sites across the US, up to 90% of time.
Conduct equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering with complex technical solutions.
Willingness to travel and be on the road up to 90% of time throughout the U.S.
Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Automation technologies with a focus on electrical systems.
Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in an industrial/field setting.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience in project management and execution.
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
