Civil Engineer

Your Role as a Civil Engineer Provide design services including plan preparation (site grading, stormwater management, erosion & sedimentation control measures) and preparation of permit applications/plans/specifications for submission to PennDOT, PADEP and the Conservation District. Attend municipal meetings as required. Work collaboratively with project team members while demonstrating self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
Essential Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred)
Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of stormwater management design, erosion & sedimentation control, and PADEP permitting process
Knowledge of the Subdivision/Land Development process
Ability to interact with township officials, DEP, PennDOT, and Conservation Districts
Presentable, experienced, and qualified to testify at zoning hearing and other township board meetings
Highest level of care and professionalism toward clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and AutoCAD (preferably Civil 3D)
Ability to work independently and stay organized & detail oriented
Available to work in‑person and travel to office in Pipersville 5 days per week, with occasional exceptions
