Monitor quality standards with regular inspections of installations Ability to take care of small punch items and repairs as they arise Work closely with project team to drive awareness of problems and correct them early in the installation process Communicates corrective actions needed with installers to project management Documents visits by submitting daily punch reports to project management Receives and confirms jobsite deliveries as needed; followed up by routine inventory reports Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials. Implement efficient warehouse processes and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials to installation sites. Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment. Safety
Ensure all installation and warehouse activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety training sessions and enforce safety protocols on all job sites and in the warehouse. Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Communication
Responsible to enhance productivity of department through effective written and verbal communication All correspondence must be in a professional manner Able to provide corrective feedback Customer Service
Continuously improve customer satisfaction. Follow up all complaints within 48-hour time period with the customer Sales
Must be focused on customer retention at all times Demonstrates a thorough understanding of product information and instills confidence with clients People
Actively recruits installers for all flooring aspects including but not limited to carpet, laminate, luxury vinyl plank and tile, sheet vinyl, hardwood installations as opportunities present themselves. WORK REQUIREMENTS
Scheduling
Employee will work Monday through Friday; however, employee will be included on the Saturday rotation as needed. Experience Level
7-10 years flooring experience preferred Installation experience preferred Ability to manage multiple crews at once Physical
Ability to work on multiple tasks Pleasant and clearly understandable phone voice Ability to lift and carry 40+ lbs. Loading and unloading materials and equipment by hand Ability to operate forklift and other equipment relating to flooring installations Must be able to move about to visit customers routinely Ability to drive in vehicle for long periods of time and make numerous stops Ability to work indoors and outside in varying temperatures Technical
