Production Associate (1st Shift- $20.39/hr.) Company:

Primary Function Responsible for performing tasks involved in the production of water heaters in a safe and efficient manner. Operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines; assembles finished products; inspects work performed to ensure the highest quality finished product.

Compensation Hourly rate: $20.39 /hr. After 6 months: $21.53 /hr. Additional bump after 1 year.

Schedule 1st Shift – Monday through Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm CST; possible overtime 1 hr before shift or on rare Saturdays.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Measurement and mathematical skills

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use electronic information

Ability to work independently or on a team

Ability to multi‑task and problem‑solve

Education High School Diploma or GED.
