The Goals And Challenges Of This Role
Review engineering prints, select and acquire appropriate tooling.
Ability to run large machining centers either VTL or HBM.
Edit and maintain CNC programs.
Perform machine setup and operation as needed.
Implement continuous improvement.
Inspection and measurement of machined components.
Train and develop less experienced AT&F machinists.
What You Should Bring To This Role
A minimum of five (5) years experience in component CNC machining.
Dealt with lower run quantities per part.
Ability to interpret blueprint/drawing specifications and GD&T.
Applied experience with various inspection methods (hand gages, CMM, etc.).
Proven ability to develop the machining skills of others.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Fanuc, Siemens, G code programming.
Overhead crane operation and rigging experience.
Basic computer skills for email, web‑based communications.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the role. Starting pay depends on your skills, experience, and ability to perform the job.
