Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team at our Insulfoam Phoenix location. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directly supervising the work of 1 to 3 Maintenance Technicians, delegating work orders and preventive maintenance orders, and supporting a 40-hour work week with possible overtime. Travel for training or other plant observations may be required. Responsibilities

Direct supervision of Maintenance Personnel. Assist in training and development of Maintenance Personnel. Direct and coordinate activities within the maintenance department. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings. Delegate work orders to Maintenance Personnel and Production Co-Workers as needed. Schedule and delegate preventive maintenance tasks for all plant equipment. Ensure plant safety rules and regulations are followed, including lockout/tagout procedures. Collaborate with Carlisle Engineering to troubleshoot issues, plan equipment upgrades, and implement new installations. Conduct Maintenance Technicians reviews (30-60-90, midyear, annual). Document incidents, disciplinary actions, accident reports, and other related employee issues when needed. Participate in COS activities (SQDC boards, 5S, Kaizen events). Maintain an advanced understanding of the maintenance department and job requirements. Maintain the upkeep of the entire plant interior and exterior. Perform other duties assigned by management. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

High School diploma or GED required or technical school. Three to five (3-5) years related maintenance experience. Two to three (2-3) years of prior leadership or supervisory experience. Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, and boiler maintenance preferred. Mechanical background with rotating equipment; hydraulic and pneumatic systems; electrical/mechanical troubleshooting. PLC knowledge. Reading blueprints, equipment manuals, schematics, and preventive maintenance/work order schedules. Basic math and writing skills; effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Boiler operator certification or ability to obtain certification. Working knowledge of electrical codes including NFPA 70E and Arc Flash; industrial electrical AC/DC troubleshooting with test instrumentation. Experience with hand and portable tools, welding equipment, forklift, scissor lift, and shop ERP software. Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Working and Physical Conditions

Fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to heat/cold, dust, moving mechanical parts, pinch points, and elevated noise levels. Typical shift length: 8-10 hours per shift, varying with schedule and business volume. Potential overtime and weekend hours when required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; standing for long periods; bending and twisting as needed. Benefits
