The

F&I Manager

is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting products that protect their vehicle purchase. This role involves working with lenders to secure financing approval and completing all vehicle purchase paperwork accurately and promptly. The F&I Manager also follows up on receivables and ensures collection. Assist customers in choosing protection packages and explaining their benefits. Build relationships with lenders to secure the best financing options for customers. Submit deals electronically to banks using the appropriate dealer system. Accurately enter transactions into ADP and bank approval systems. Process and verify all transaction paperwork to meet dealership, DMV, and lender requirements. Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure full collection and compliance with bank stipulations. Participate in store meetings such as Sales Receivables, Save-a-Deal, and Store Manager meetings. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure transaction accuracy and customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers for post-sale actions, like protective coating applications. Support the sales team during peak times to enhance customer engagement. Obtain all necessary licensing within 90 days of hire. Qualifications:

At least 2 years of dealership finance experience is required. Experience in automotive sales management is a plus. Strong team player with a focus on excellent customer service. Self-motivated with goal-setting abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in your state.
