Job Summary
We have openings for both part-time and on-call (between 8:30-5, Mon - Fri). Your primary day-to-day responsibility is to work with the Sr. Technician to provide maintenance services to homes/properties. To be successful you must be handy, capable of using technology (GoPro camera and cell phone), and possess field experience to provide high-quality service and maintenance for any job size.
Responsibilities
Work closely at the direction of the Sr. Technician to service the home/property. Primary duties include: pressure washing flat surfaces, cleaning gutters (from the ground) using a high-powered vacuum, cleaning windows using a telescopic pole with revers osmosis deionized water, and more. Note: You will not amend or repair the home/owner's property.

Qualifications
Handy with experience in a maintenance or equivalent environment. Strong time management skills and ability to complete tasks within defined timeframes. Excellent interpersonal and customer-focused communication skills. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. High School Diploma or GED.
