HVAC Technician

A Day in the Life The HVAC Technician works as part of a dynamic and passionate team, to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by performing the highest quality service. Performs semi‑skilled and skilled work in the operation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities include:
Complete and satisfactory installation of HVAC equipment and accessories including but not limited to boilers, forced air equipment, sheet metal duct systems, cutting and threading pipe, gas piping, etc.
Demonstrate knowledge to gain new referrals and repeat business.
Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably by communicating with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Ensure accurate invoicing and time sheets with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements
5-10 years of experience in repair and replacement of HVAC systems
Knowledgeable in local HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications
Clean, safe driving record and valid Driver's License
Organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Ability to train, coach, and mentor junior technicians
