Keep the lab running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and up‑to‑date SOPs. Manage inventory and ordering of lab supplies, including chemicals and gas cylinders. Assist with sample preparation for mass spectrometry analysis. Support and maintain our laboratory management system. Cross‑train with other lab roles and grow into higher‑level lab functions. Help train new users on equipment and procedures. Contribute to data management, statistical analysis, and client reporting. Your Impact Areas

Lab Safety & Maintenance (15%): Champion safe practices and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines. Daily Operations (60%): Prepare samples, interact with scientists, and manage consumables. Data & Information Management (15%): Archive and share research data using lab systems. Education & Outreach (10%): Participate in instrument demos and user training. What You Bring

Required

B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences field. Hands‑on experience in a chemical lab environment. Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills for lab equipment. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with data analysis and statistical principles. Preferred

M.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. Experience with mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography, and omics data analysis. Knowledge of lab management systems and scientific equipment training. Basic programming skills (R, Python). Why Join Us
