As a Radiation Therapist joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. Join us in Oncology Department as a Radiation Therapist 1.0 FTE Days. What You'll Contribute
Delivers accurately the prescribed planned course of radiation therapy with minimal supervision. Creates and executes patient treatment schedules. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition. Fabricates immobilization devices, and blocks, custom blocks, bolus, etc. Observes radiation safety measures for patient and personnel. Maintains storage areas with required supply levels and equipment. Disassembles, cleans, and sterilizes equipment, and performs preventative maintenance and calibration of machines. Maintains records of daily treatment and other records as required. Simulates patients according to Radiation Oncologist's instruction. Qualifications
Applicants should have a current state ARRT Certification and an Associate's Degree. Additional requirements include: ARRT (T) Radiation Therapy Registry Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) Varian, TrueBeam and ARIA experience preferred Benefits & Compensation
This position has a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates *based on eligibility requirements*.
