Outpatient Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health
Location:
720 South Van Buren Street, Green Bay, WI 54301; some travel required to other outpatient clinics in the Green Bay area
Hours:
Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Practice Setting:
Outpatient Physical Therapist – pelvic health specialty practice
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, with flexibility to work outside of these hours depending on clinic needs

We are looking for a
pelvic health PT
to be an integral part of a growing pelvic health program, joining a cohesive group of therapists who are pelvic‑floor trained and working together to expand program development and design interdepartmental skills labs to foster professional growth. Benefit from the team support of all our staff in all locations.
We are looking for a therapist that is self‑motivated and willing to work independently. The candidate should be able to educate patients and the public on health, wellness, and injury prevention as they pertain to physical therapy and population health. Previous experience in pelvic health is preferred, with the ability to treat pregnancy pains, diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, pain with intercourse, pelvic pain, post‑cesarean scars, mastitis and breast cancer rehabilitation. However, there is
no previous pelvic health experience that is required , and any PT interested is encouraged to apply! For applicants with no prior pelvic health experience, our team offers a pelvic health certification, mentoring opportunities, and an outlined pathway for additional growth and development.

Outpatient orthopedics in both primary care and specialty clinics
Hospitals
Home health
Employer clinics
We have a rehabilitation team consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. Therapists who are still embedded in patient care also lead our teams.
Our therapists have an autonomous practice, where we value 1:1 patient care with 60‑minute evaluations.
Our extended care team works closely with primary care, orthopedic and other specialty providers, strength coaches and athletic trainers to make sure our patients are taken care of in the most cohesive and comprehensive way.
Investment in You We are committed to the professional development of all our therapists and work with each therapist on development of an individualized professional development track, which can include many of these opportunities:
Skills labs including mandatory paid labs
Clinical mentoring in area of specialty
Robust continuing education often completed at Bellin facilities
4‑course EIM series within first year

The position will include working as part of our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Team helping to expand, improve, and innovate our ever‑growing service offerings. Applicants should be willing to adapt to different environments and enjoy variability.
