Are you a new or seasoned LPN with a passion for mental health looking for a full‑time role? At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking compassionate and motivated full‑time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs at our warm, home‑like Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA.

Schedule Options

Monday–Friday 3 pm to 11 pm

Monday–Friday 11 pm to 7 am

Your Role

Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co‑occurring behavioral health needs

Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols

Conduct nursing assessments

Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person‑centered care

Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations

Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive rate: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour for this full‑time, non‑exempt position

$7,500 sign‑on and retention bonus for FT nurses

What We’re Looking For

Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of Virginia

Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred

Skills: Strong communication and documentation

Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred

Transportation: A valid driver’s license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
