Salary is $22.00 to $28.00 per hour ( based on qualification and experience ) The Body Shop Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $22.00 and $28.00. You may be eligible for up to a total of $6000 Signing Bonus (Contingent upon Tenure - $3000 after 6 months of service, $3000 after 1 year of Service). **Ask about our Tenure Bonus program that begins at 6 months from hire date. The purpose of the

Body Shop Technician

is to perform repair work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Body Shop Technician (Collision) experience. Able to perform light to heavy repair (jobs like repairing doors and bumpers or replacement of major panels and repair work). BMW experience preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities include: Diagnose the cause of malfunction and perform the needed repair. Communicate with Parts Department to obtain the needed parts. Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Advise Body Shop Manager if additional work is needed. Document all work performed as soon as the job is completed. Use basic mathematical skills to solve simple equations for mixing chemicals. Attend factory sponsored training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins. Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous wastes. Ensure that customer cars are kept clean. Perform all other duties as assigned. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. ASE certification preferred. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license. Additional Information
