Responsibilities and Opportunities
Engage in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy for patients in long-term and post-acute care settings.
Collaborate with in-house therapy teams and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate patient care and program development.
Participate in leadership opportunities within therapy management, culture, and administration as interests align.
Contribute to program development and clinical skill advancement within the facility and organization.
