This location provides rehabilitative services to children and adults, with diagnoses ranging from medically complex to post-surgical and orthopedic. Experience with concussive care is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply. The position requires providing services in the evenings until 7:00 PM twice per week. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed Qualifications
Graduation from accredited college or university, required NJ license in good standing, required Experience with medically complex infants and children ages 0-16, preferred Experience with orthopedic and post-surgical patients is preferred; preference for concussive care experience, but not required Schroth Certification preferred but not required About Us
