Richmond Behavioral Health is seeking full-time
Adult Mental Resource Center Case Manager
to perform intermediate professional work assessing client needs, developing, implementing, and monitoring service delivery and assistance plans, coordinating and monitoring services with other agencies, counseling and assisting clients, maintaining records and files, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Program Supervisor. RBHA has partnered with the City of Richmond to enhance support for residents facing hardship and housing insecurity. Residents will receive support navigating through existing housing and human service resources. Through this collaboration, the Resource Center serves as a centralized hub connecting individuals to services, resources, and case management to support their path to stabilization. The Resource Center serves as a walk-in center that offers a safe, welcoming environment where residents can share their stories with trained human services navigators. These navigators provide warm referrals to the most appropriate services within the regional system of care, tailored to each individual\'s unique needs. Moreover, the resource center navigators will host and/or work collaboratively with an adjunct corps of case managers and service providers from the behavioral health, social services, healthcare, employment, and homeless services systems to provide a rotating array of services and training opportunities. The Resource Center is considered to be part of the continuum of care in collaboration with City of Richmond to address and mitigate homelessness through effective and coordinated community wide efforts and services.
