Overview
In 1980, Homewatch CareGivers established its mission to preserve dignity, protect independence, and peace of mind to those we serve and their families. We are establishing the same high quality in South Tampa, FL. We are seeking in-home caregivers with a passion for delivering high-quality caregiver services and improving the quality of life for those in our communities. Caregivers are responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and activities of daily living in a safe and beneficial manner. This may include transporting clients to medical appointments, running personal errands, providing assistance with meal preparation, and instrumental activities of daily living. A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance are required. Caregivers must be observant enough to recognize changes in their clients and be capable of alerting the appropriate personnel when necessary.

Responsibilities
Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, light cleaning, landscaping and with instrumental activities of daily living Update office staff and family members on client progress as needed
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years old Ability to pass background check and drug test Valid Florida Driver's License
Physical Requirements
Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand Able to lift 20-30 pounds Able to use tools necessary for job Able to communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Home care experience HHA or CNA Certification

Medical/health care: Home Health Shift types: Day, Evening, Night, Overnight Supplemental schedule: Extended hours, Holidays, Overtime Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekends as needed or Weekends only Work setting: In-person, Long term care, Hospice care
Location and Licenses
Ability to commute/relocate: Tampa, FL – reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) License/Certification: CNA (Preferred) OR HHA; Driver's License (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
