UW Health SwedishAmerican . Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Full-time. Day shift hours – Loves Park and Rock Cut clinics. You will work at the Woodward Occupational Health Center in Loves Park, IL. Responsibilities
Provide occupational health nursing care in a clinic setting. Support employees with wellness assessments, immunizations, case management, and basic occupational health services as applicable. Compensation and Benefits
Additional components of compensation may include: evening, night, and weekend shift differential; overtime; on-call pay. Graduate from an approved school of nursing program. Required. Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required. Licenses & Certifications
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required. Bi-annual BLS certification. Required. Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or 2 years prior experience in an occupational health setting required. Required. Equal Opportunity
