– you set your own start and finish times from home while delivering evidence‑based therapy to patients in the Warren and Washington County areas.
Employment Type
– Part‑time, Per Diem, Day Shift (8:00 am – 4:00 pm)
Responsibilities
Promote and provide speech therapy services in patients’ homes to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
Integrate examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and intervention elements to maximize patient outcomes.
Complete all documentation in accordance with professional, regulatory and facility standards.
Manage direct patient care for home‑based therapy, primarily post‑acute or subacute patients.
Maintain confidentiality and safety as a per‑diem team member during weekdays.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved Speech Pathology program with a Master’s degree.
Current NYS Speech Pathologist license and registration.
1 year experience as a Speech Pathologist, preferably in Homecare.
Commitment to patient safety, professionalism and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Compensation
Pay ranges from $37.60 – $47.60 per hour, based on experience, skills and location. Non‑per diem full‑time and part‑time positions are also available at comparable rates.
