Job Overview
ProSidian Consulting is seeking a Civil Engineering Technician (COC0100099) to support government and public services projects in Charlotte, NC. The role is an Entry‑Level Civil Engineering Aide positioned on a 1099 Contract (potential transition to a full‑time W‑2). The technician will provide drafting, design support, and field data collection for city infrastructure and public works projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare civil site drawings.
Perform topographic surveys.
Draft utility and roadway plans.
Analyze field data for design input.
Coordinate with contractors on specifications.
Qualifications Desired qualifications for the Civil Engineering Technician position include:
Associate degree in Civil Technology or related field.
Technical expertise in civil engineering processes.
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS basics, and surveying equipment.
Accuracy, time‑management, and analytical skills.
