Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, Outpatient Rehab, Wolfson Children's Southbank Clinic
Join Baptist Health as a full‑time Speech Language Pathologist in our Pediatric Outpatient Rehab Team at the Southbank Outpatient Rehab Clinic in downtown Jacksonville, FL. This role is day shift only with no weekend, holiday, or on‑call rotation.
Job Summary : Up to $2,000 Sign‑on Bonus.
Locations : Wolfson Children’s Hospital, 800 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
Responsibilities :
Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer treatment to patients of all diagnoses.
Provide extensive patient/family education.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including rehab professionals, nurses, physicians, social service providers, respiratory therapists, and support staff.
Participate in departmental operations and performance‑improvement activities.
Maintain budget compliance.
Meet mandatory education and licensure requirements.
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of recent experience in medically complex infant feeding.
Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (Doctorate preferred).
Experience working in an outpatient setting (preferred).
Experience with Modified Barium Swallow studies (preferred).
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (active).
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Florida (required).
