Residential HVAC Installer for our Portland location . This individual is responsible for organizing the setup of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, overseeing the introduction of new HVAC systems, and ensuring that all tasks adhere to company standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities
Organize the setup of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Oversee the introduction of new HVAC systems Ensure all tasks adhere to company standards and safety protocols Compensation and Benefits
Employer-paid medical insurance $125/month employer contribution to HSA 80 hours of PTO 6 paid holidays 8 paid hours of community service Parking/transit passes Company vehicle 401k with 2% match/employee match of at least 5% Spiff/commission program Required Qualifications
3 years of residential and light commercial installation experience High School diploma or GED Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Universal or Type 2 EPA certification Possess own hand tools Must be able to lift up to 51 pounds unassisted Able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing Preferred Qualifications
