MEP Construction Coordinators are needed for a renowned construction organization. The MEP Construction Coordinators will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical construction requirements for Mission Critical facilities, including data centers, and related projects. Responsibilities include supervising and managing all Mechanical and Electrical trades contractors and vendors, and coordinating schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation throughout all project phases, from pre-construction to close-out. Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and manage change orders and RFIs Monitor installation and start-up of MEP systems, and commission projects with engineers and owners Manage and lead the MEP team and trade partners from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover to the owner Qualifications
Experience level: Experienced Minimum 3 years of experience Education: Bachelors Details
